How many Clickers can I connect to one Smart Lock?

There is no limit to the amount of clickers you can use for your Bold Lock. 

How many smart locks can I connect to one Clicker?

Connect up to 50 smart locks to just one Bold Clicker. But – in order to do that – you’ll need to have access of course. Share it with whoever you trust. That makes the Bold Clicker convenient to use for both private and business purposes.

What is the maximum distance between the smart lock and the Bold Clicker?

To activate your Bold Smart Lock with the Clicker, you must be within Bluetooth range. This is about 2 to 3 meters.

What if I lose my Bold Clicker?

No worries. Your Bold Clicker is linked to your personal account. Just open the Bold app and block the Clicker. You’re in control. Anytime, anywhere.

What if someone loses their Bold Clicker?

No worries. Navigate to that person's share in the Bold app and deactivate “allow Clicker" to prevent unauthorised access. Then ask them to block the Bold Clicker in their account for added security.

Where do I see the activation history for Bold Clicker usage?

View the device history log in the Bold app, displaying all activations. Keep in mind that the Bold Clicker operates offline, so activation data will sync to the Bold app once the door is activated via phone. If immediate updates are needed, please consider using the Bold Connect.

Can I use the Clicker without the app?

Absolutely. You only need the Bold app to set-up the Clicker and its permissions. Once set up, you can use the Clicker independently without the app, to open doors effortlessly.
